I ordered an XXL item, but when I tried it on, it fit more like an L. Now, when I seek assistance, their confirmation email states, "please email us here or at this email noreply at notjustclothing.com," which is a huge red flag. It's pretty clear they’re being dishonest since both their email and website point to a non-functional address that just bounces back.

While digging through my emails, I remembered I had purchased a sweater three years ago that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes but never showed up. They just stopped responding to me. I lost £40 on that and now it looks like I’m about to lose another £40. I feel so foolish and deceived.

I placed an order on December 23, 2022. They charged my credit card. Now it's January 16, 2023, and the item still hasn't shipped. I reached out to their support team, and they got back to me right away. The team let me know that my product was on its way and should arrive the following day. I'm grateful for their speedy reply.

I spotted some sweaters on Instagram and placed an order with Not Just on Christmas Eve. They were supposed to be delivered on the 30th via DPD, but they never showed up. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to track it down and get back to me. But they didn’t, so I had to follow up again. They informed me that the package was lost and asked if I wanted a replacement. I agreed and confirmed my address, but then I heard nothing again. Eventually, I gave up and asked for a refund, which only got processed after I opened a dispute with PayPal. Finally got my money back.

The service I received was top-notch, and the sweater's quality is just superb. My wife is totally in love with it!

Even with the holiday season in full swing, they still got my jumper to me within the timeframe they initially promised. Thanks a bunch!

Got the jumper, but it wasn't the right one. Returns label was taken care of, and I got the new jumper. The email updates were top-notch. I'll definitely be placing another order.

Really like the sweater with the snowman design I spotted on TV earlier that day, so I decided to get it. The delivery was pretty decent, not much lag given the postal circumstances. The large size fit well, and I usually wear a 16. I've received loads of compliments asking where I found it, so I'm super happy.
